    The Turin Court, accepting the enquiry conclusion of Prosecutor Raffaele Guariniello, has charged Thyssenkrupp Manager of voluntary manslaughter for the accidents in which 7 workers lost their lives in December 2007. It is the first time that such charge is applied to a work accident.
    The trial will begin in Turin on February 15th, 2009
